You may want to try "search everything" -- http://my.limestone.edu/library -- at the library's home page.  Click on "advanced search" which will display several search boxes.  Scroll down from there and limit your results to "full text" and "scholarly" periodicals.  You may need to experiment using several different relevant terms that you are looking for, such as "psychiatric", "residential treatment", "abuse", "patients", "ethics", etc.  You may receive a lot of articles depending on which search terms you use.  Be sure to limit your search to "full text" and "scholarly" as well as the type of Source Types you wish to use.  Narrow your search as much as possible so that you don't get an overwhelming number of hits.  I hope this helps, but contact us again if you need more help.
