Q. Im looking for peer review articles on performance management

To locate peer reviewed articles on performance management go to our Research Databases page: http://libguides.limestone.edu/alldatabases. In the search box, enter the term "performance management." Be sure the boxes for Full Text and  Peer Reviewed are selected. After you are taken to the search results page you can further refine your topic by selecting any of the limiters in the left margin, such as publication date, subject, geography, etc. 

From the Research Databases page you may also select individual databases to search using the alphabetical tabs across the top of the page. Two databases that may be helpful are: Business Source Complete and Business Abstracts with Full Text. You may also try general databases such as Academic Search Complete. 

Also from the Research Databases page there is an option to search Databases by Subject. Click on the tab for Business to view all the Business Subject databases.
