As far as I can find, there are no specific rules regarding client interviews in APA Style. Interview papers should be written in the same way you would write any other APA style paper (see the General Format for an APA paper here). However, you should follow any formatting specified by the assignment directions. If you are unsure still, I would suggest contacting your professor because he/she might have a preference for the formatting of this interview.
