Q. Where do I go to find the EBSCO citation resource to cut & paste into my paper?

When viewing a full text article within an Ebsco database you'll see a list of tools on the right hand side of the screen.  Look for the yellow paper icon, which is the cite tool.  Once you click on that icon a new window will open showing all of the citation styles (APA, MLA, etc) for that particular article.
