Yes, we do have access to both. For the online dictionary, we have access to the Merriam-Webster unabridged dictionary http://www.merriam-webster.com/ (which is also available in Britannica). Britannica Online (Academic Edition) is accessible from our Library Research Databases page: http://libguides.limestone.edu/content.php?pid=360472&sid=2947557  located in the right column under Biography in Context.
