To search for peer reviewed journal articles begin at the A.J. Eastwood Library home page (my.limestone.edu/library) and select the first link for SEARCH EVERYTHING. You can then search with these suggested terms:

Critical race theory, race awareness, interracial marriage, racial socialization

Or create a string or search terms such as:

Colorism AND social aspects AND United States

Colorism OR racism AND critical race theory

Colorism AND interracial marriage

Colorism OR race awareness

In addition to SEARCH EVERYTHING, you may want to search individual databases such as SOCIndex, The Journal of Social Work Education, Social Sciences Full Text, and Psychology and Behavioral Sciences collection. All databases offered through A.J. Eastwood Library are located in the All Database LibGuide(http://libguides.limestone.edu/alldatabases).

You may want to search the library’s collection of Electronic Books as well. Using the same search terms visit the e-Books page (http://libguides.limestone.edu/electronicbooks) to search for books you can read directly from your computer.
