Transferring files from your flash drive or other locations may have different scenarios or steps to take. First, you need to locate the file (if saved to your flash drive then open My Computer and look for the E: or F: drive for the file), double-click the file to upload or transfer, and double-check to make sure the file uploaded. If you cannot locate your file, open My Computer and look in the upper-right hand corner for the search box and type in the name of your file and search. Most of the time this will locate your file and you can upload.
