In order to cite a university academic catalog, you need to cite the source with Organization as author.

An example of this in APA style would be, if online:

1. Name of Organization. (Year). Title of source. Retrieved from (URL Address).
2. For the Print version, include Place of Publication and Publisher information instead of URL Address.
