Do you have to pay for all dissertations?

I need dissertations to cite for my research reports on human trafficking and I am unable to get dissertations without be asked for money. Do all dissertations cost to read and cite?

Limestone students do not have to pay for articles or dissertations. If you cannot locate the information you need through the library's databases (http://libguides.limestone.edu/alldatabases), you can request the articles or dissertations using our interlibrary loan service. Please note that dissertations can be difficult to locate so please allow enough time for our staff to try and locate the information you need.
