How do I look up peer reviewed articles referring to seniority in a company

Answer

To address your research topic, you will need to search our library research databases. Start at the library website: https://www.limestone.edu/library and click on the A to Z Databases link (center of page). The databases are listed A-Z (see tabs at the top), or you can begin searching all the databases by using the EBSCOHost search box in the center of the page.  You will want to make certain the Full Text and Peer Reviewed boxes are checked since you are looking for scholarly articles.

Additionally, you can search individual databases such as Academic Search Complete, Academic Search Alumni Edition, Business Source Complete, Business Insights: Essentials, and Lexis Nexis Academic for your topic.  Select the appropriate alphabetical tab on the Research Databases page to choose individual databases.

We also have a large collection of e-books that you may find helpful. From the library homepage

Suggested search terms to try, in addition to "company seniority," could be:

company seniority AND industrial relations

job security AND economic aspects

collective labor agreements

employee seniority

labor market

Finally, we recommend our Library Guides: http://libguides.limestone.edu/index.php. Browse by Subject area to locate a course guide for your class, or a general guide such as the All Business Resource Guide.   The guide for your course will list subject relevant library resources, and include information for citations and tutorials.
